– Rescheduling & Cancellations: Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Changes within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– Access Requirements: Please ensure access to the treatment area is available at the scheduled time.
– Vacancy Period: Customers must vacate the treatment area for a minimum of 8 hours (or as advised) following service.
– Aftercare: Customers are advised to follow the post-treatment guidelines provided.
– Payment: Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms: Credit, debit, or e-transfer.
