To ensure a safe, effective treatment and fair scheduling for all clients, please review the following terms. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies:

• Appointment Confirmation & No-Shows: All bookings are subject to technician availability. You will receive a confirmation via text or email once accepted. If our technician arrives and cannot access the property or the service is refused at the door, a non-refundable service fee will apply.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or “no-shows,” will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

• Access & Preparation: Clients must provide clear access to all treatment areas. To ensure treatment success, the property must be prepared according to the specific guidelines provided at the time of booking (e.g., clearing clutter, moving furniture). Absolute Pest Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if the area is not prepped, and a service call fee may apply.

• Chemical Safety & Vacancy: For the safety of your family and pets, you must vacate the treatment area for a minimum of 3 hours (or as specifically instructed by your technician) following application. Absolute Pest Solutions is not liable for health issues arising from premature re-entry or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.

• Liability Limitation: Absolute Pest Solutions Inc. is not responsible for present or future damage to property, furnishings, or contents resulting from pest activity or treatment products. While every precaution is taken, we are not liable for damage to items not cleared from treatment zones or for structural issues (e.g., wood rot, electrical) discovered during the course of service. Total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.

• Service Effectiveness: Pest control is a partnership. Our guarantee of results is contingent upon the client following all sanitation, structural, and aftercare recommendations provided by our team.

• Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept Credit, Debit, or E-transfer. Late payments beyond 15 days may incur an interest fee of 2% per month.
